Hi! I'm Megan, a versatile and global marketer who’s career spans from working at startups to fortune 50 companies to most recently launching my own company.
My accomplishments include launching Frito-Lay’s first direct to consumer brand & offering, building brands from scratch, leading partnerships with brands like the NBA, managing & creating campaigns for billion dollar brands like Ruffles and trailblazing new strategic initiatives around Frito-Lay’s innovation portfolio strategy, PepsiCo Global Snack’s first foodservice strategy and bringing Europes #1 snack brand, Lay’s, into healthier eating occasions.
After losing my father to bladder cancer, I took time to re-evaluate my career and aspired to follow in his father’s footsteps as an entrepreneur. In 2021, I started my own apparel brand, Romparound, that focuses on pieces of clothing that are versatile and comfortable but don’t sacrifice style. Romapround’s original style jumpsuits were my life uniform when I was caring for my father and as a result the company is passionate about supporting family caregivers by donating a percentage of sales to organizations/causes that directly impact them.
In addition, I work as a versatile marketing consultant helping brands and companies craft and refine their narrative, marketing strategy & innovation to drive growth.
